The place of jurisdiction shall be Munich.
All business done with us shall be subject to the latest version of the General Terms and Conditions of German Haulage Contractors (ADSp.). Pursuant to § 29 ADSp., all haulage contractor invoices shall be payable immediately. Delay of payment shall result – without a reminder – at the latest 10 days after receipt of the invoice.
